Louis Vuitton has unveiled its newly reopened flagship at Via Montenapoleone, housed in the 19th‑century Palazzo Taverna and completely redesigned by architect Peter Marino. Spanning more than 4,500 m² over four floors, it is LV’s first global location with dedicated space for its full Home Collections, including Objets Nomades. The site also features a glass‑roofed courtyard café and DaV by Da Vittorio Louis Vuitton, the brand’s in‑house restaurant run by a Michelin‑three‑star team. This “retailtainment” concept fuses art, design and gastronomy into a cultural landmark.

Just steps away, Tiffany & Co. has opened its largest European flagship within the same Palazzo Taverna. Spanning over 1,200 m², the store evokes its New York “Landmark” flagship with soaring ceilings, Venini glass lunettes designed by Gio Ponti, and curated artworks by Urs Fischer, Julian Schnabel and Daniel Arsham. Designed by Peter Marino, this new store hosts Tiffany’s most definitive collections, including High Jewelry, Elsa Peretti originals and experiential client salons—a true fusion of heritage, art and Italian craftsmanship.

According to Main Streets Across the World, Montenapoleone commands rents of approximately €20,000/m² annually, surpassing Fifth Avenue’s €19,537/m². With limited storefront availability and flagship presence from Gucci, Prada, Fendi, Bottega Veneta, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Hermès and Tiffany & Co., rental growth has surged nearly 30% over two years.

What It Means for Luxury Travelers & Investors

For discerning travelers, Via Montenapoleone now ranks among the world’s most exclusive shopping destinations. Each visit to boutiques like Louis Vuitton or Tiffany is an immersive art and design experience. For investors and hospitality operators, these openings reinforce Milan’s strength as a global hub for luxury events—from Fashion Week to VIP galas—and high-end real estate value.
